While most people like to run with their dog on a daily basis, they should be aware that they are boosting their dog’s fitness level when they do that. And when you boost your dog’s fitness level, you boost their energy level as well. So although your dog is getting exercise, he’s also becoming more of a spark plug thanks to your running. A good solution is to run with your dog twice a week max. If you want an activity to supplement the running, try obedience training.
